Has anyone themselves read or come across any reviews for "The Tatar Whirlwind" by the famous Shiba Ryotaro?

I have been planning on buying this novel for a while now simply based on what I know of Shiba and the acclaim he has in Japan, but would love to get some feedback on this particular book/translation. Unfortunately, there seem to be no reviews on it anywhere!
