Neato. Wish I could go... the last time I was in Japan, I missed all sorts of events for the 400th anniversary of the beginning of the Tokugawa shogunate. 'Course, I was living in Tokyo at the time, so I didn't really have any excuse other than that I wasn't aware of the events.
.. I guess I'm going to have to scrape together money for a Kansai tabi.

Techinically I mean "where and when are these festivals/events, etc." since I'm going to be there. So if anyone who is in the know could let me know, I'd appreciate it. Won't be anywhere near Tokyo though.
