I went to the Shinsengumi Festival in Hino city.

Taking bike or scooter is the best way to go around the area.

Hijikata museum's pamphlet.


They have Hijikata's sword and armour he wore at Ikedaya.

This is entrance of Hino Furusato Museum.
The flag was used in NHK Shinsengumi!!


The museum holds many items used in the drama.

I didn't go see the parade this year because I was abit dissapointed to see girl Hijikata last year.
But this year's Hijikata looks good.
French? Okita is surprising but he needs bigger outfits.

anyway, back on topic. I've been wanting to go to the Shinsengumi festival. Is it good fun?
