You know there was a sequel that was actually a prequel to this film produced by Kadokawa .
Mifune was in it .
The prequel/sequel which was made for TV and came out in 93 and dealt with the young Kagetora was only released as part of a box set with a complete 162 min version of Ten To Chi To on VHS only ,never been on DVD ,even the so called Directors cut runs 120 mins .
The Prequel that is a sequel runs 95 mins .
I know one guy in Japan that has this box set and he will not even open it .

There is also a 1937 version (or 41) that is better
Never thought Nakamura was good in Warlord Roles put him vs Raizo as Nobunaga and Raizo wins hands down .

I think the Japan Times had an article about a month or two ago on the actress who played the role of Nohime, Kyoko Kagawa. From the bits and pieces that I seen on Raizo's role of Nobunaga, he did well.
